Inquiry form. When you use the property management inquiry form, your name, contact details, property information, timing and message are stored in Novavista’s GoHighLevel account and shared with our team so we can follow up.
Rental Potential Explorer. The calculator runs in your browser. Your figures aren’t sent to us or saved to your browser just to calculate or download a scenario. If you open the free analysis request, your scenario and property details prefill that GoHighLevel form, and submitting it shares them with our team.
Email and phone. If you email or call us, we receive what you send or tell us.
Applications and portals. Rental applications, payments, maintenance requests and owner statements are handled in DoorLoop, not on this website. Please keep application documents, payment details and other sensitive information there rather than in a form or email.
How we use it
We use the information you send to answer your questions, discuss management services, arrange showings and manage the properties and leases we’re responsible for. Submitting a form does not sign you up for a marketing campaign. If we send you follow-up messages, you can opt out at any time by replying to let us know or by using the unsubscribe link in an email.
